What does it mean when a person gets chills and goosebumps for no reason? - cold chills and goosebumps for no reason
Sometimes when I'm in my room (the bin) is quite warm, out of nowhere, I feel a strong shudder, I'm cold, I have goose bumps and then I feel tired, my head hard, I do not feel like myself. After a few minutes I felt normal again. The chills were so strong that it feels like my breath is exciting. Can someone tell me why this happens?

it occurs only in one place? If so, do some cleaning rituals in this room, even something as simple as burning eucalyptus leaves and meditation for peace. They help if needed.
