Do not mix until the oil is hot (see above 100C, 212F). The water in the hot oil will burn and explode.

Do not do it - is very dangerous - it could easily be drawn to their lives. I assume you speak of hot cooking oil?

The oil will not mix with water, because the ingredients of different densities.
