Depends what you download. If the material is the intellectual copyright law, then no, not legal.

However, in order to download a torrent file, you need two things:) the number of seeders (people in the file) and leechers (people downloading the file. Seeder leecher ratio determines how fast the stream is loaded.

Here are some simple steps:

1.) Find the file available for download.

2.) Once found, check that the number of seeders to leechers is 1:1. The more seeders leechers less, but better.

3.) downloading the torrent.

4.) open-flow when you're done. This should launch your torrent and start downloading the file you want.

Wait 5). Fordownload. This may take some time.

And that's all.

In a way it can be legal.
torrentportal.com torrentportal.net States, or as it's legal.
I would like to use MuTorrent (including utorrent (mu is the Greek letter, no U)) and see if it helps.
If you download the file to the folder in which you enough, all files on the desktop, or should, simply double-click on the file. Torrente, at least when no program is associated with the file.

legally valid, it is as long as the material that you download the content are not lawful copyright, which covers almost everything on these pages. lol.
