Starchoice Guide Remote My Starchoice Receiver Isnt Working?

My starchoice receiver isnt working? - starchoice guide remote

I recently moved my TV and plugged everything back on. But now, when I press the remote Guide is empty and says, no information in the guide and change channels available, which is black. also light in the red zone RECEIVER. My TV is still above all the channels without problems. What should I do? Thank you sooooo much for any help =)
