The site says the high-fat meal, such as fast food chains, and to prevent you think of small meals to eat a big meal in the stomach longer, making more acid. He also says to avoid or limit alcohol. I have terrible acid reflux and I have drugs for that.

All products such as tomato and spaghetti and pizza sauce, ketchup, etc. Always keep them out. In some places, a decent pizza can minus the sauce.
Fried foods, especially potatoes, curly large amounts of fat (fries, baked potatoes or rings), record and fried chicken strips! It tastes delicious, but some shops / Use the store fuel in the worst and cheapest cooking oil.

Stay away from both Salsa - Bad, Bad, Bad, tomato sauce is too horrible!
